The 2. 5 acre vineyard is located on the top of the highest hill of the La Court estate and has an exposure of 360 degrees. The soil is astiane (meaning from Asti) sand, a calcareous clay marl of sedimentary marine origin with a good presence of lime and sand, and rich in microelements, particularly magnesium. The vines, planted in
