2024 Vino di Anna 'Jeudi 15' Bianco, Sicily, Italy Mikael Bouges the juice settles in stainlessOrganic. A blend of organically grown Carricante, Catarratto and Grecanico harvested from numerous small vineyards, high on the north face of Mt Etna during the month of September. The Carricante, comes from a young vineyard in Contrada Pietramarina, which has ancient, deep sandstone subsoils resulting in sapid, mineral undertones. This fruit was direct pressed and fermented in a chestnut barrel. The Catarratto and Grecanico comes from a vineyard in
