Vajra Barbera-Freisa, Piemonte, Italy Longarico typical of the sands ofVajra blends Barberas juicy brightness with Freisas floral spice and gentle grip, drawing estate fruit from the high hills around Barolo for lift and clarity. The grapes are hand picked and fermented in stainless steel with a light touch to keep the tannins fine; levage stays in tank to preserve crunch and perfume.
