2018 Heitz Cellar Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa Valley, USA Fabien Jouves Vineyards: Merten Vineyard in theThe 2018 Vintage of Cabernet Sauvignon will be remembered for the mild summer and near perfect fall we experienced in Napa Valley. These vintage conditions allowed for the patient development of fruit and tannin, creating the elegant style for which Heitz Cellar is renowned. In this wine, we see timeless characteristics of Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, such as soft black and red fruits, cedar, and sandalwood, supported by herbs de Provence.
