2022 Chateau Auney L'Hermitage 'L'Hermitage Blanc', Graves, France La Grange des Peres it’s a long enough stintFrom a two hectare plot of gravely soil rich in clay and limestone, planted to 65% Smillon, 20% Muscadelle and 15% Sauvignon Blanc. This is a Bordeaux that balances the wooly intensity of Smillon with the freshness and vivacity of Muscadelle and Sauvignon Blanc. Its notes of pommelo and honeydew melon are supported on a base of chalky minerality. levage is done in 4 hl barrels for nine months with regular battonage.
