Clos de la Roilette Fleurie Cuvee Tardive 2024 050526OFFER distillingThe Coudert family sources this Beaujolais from some of Fleurie's steepest, finest slopesconcentrated essence distilled through whole cluster, semi carbonic maceration and nine months in foudre. The "Cuve Tardive" designation signals intentional aging potential: wines made from the oldest vines that grow deeper, richer, more mineral with time. Dried berries, citrus, chalk, and light cherry with architecture that rewards patience.
