Antique Cloisonne Ojime Bead, Japan Italian beads Some of the rhinestones mayAn incredible antique ojime bead from early 1800's or earlier, handmade in Japan. Beautiful flower and vine pattern in cobalt blue, muted yellow with a hint of red enamel. Lovely! 17mm diameter with a 3mm hole. Highly collectible, and my guess is that it was made in the 1700's.
