Grapes are handharvested, with ~40 % whole clusters, followed by cold prefermentation maceration. Native yeast fermentation lasts around 15 days with gentle pigeage and remontage. Aged 18 months in French oak (25 % new), bottled unfined and unfiltered. Arrives August, 2025.
