The vineyard was evidently on everyone’s lips even earlier

or “broken stones” gets its name from the bevy of large boulders strewn through the vineyard that fractured and tumbled down from the mountains above many centuries ago

then racked to all older French oak barrels and left sur lies until the completion of the malolactic fermentation

The others will all be in a much better place at the  end of the year

Soil worked manually (4-5 passes annually)

Farming : Practicing Organic. Vinification : Fermented on the lees with indigenous yeats in stainless steel. Aged 14 months in French and American oak barrels then bottle aged for 10 months before release.
