Given that malty identity, it seemed natural to give it a sherry cask finish, as often used for malt whiskeys around the world. Handcrafted Spanish oloroso and pedro ximenez sherry casks were judiciously applied. The result is a rather unique whiskey in the pantheon of sherry cask aging.
