Cast Iron Griddle Travel Books Plant based and low calorieSuitable for firepits up to 80cm diameter, this cast iron griddle fits neatly in the Holi grill to allow steaks, vegetables and fish to cook evenly and cleanly over the fire. Cast iron has the ability to get very hot quickly and retain its heat, the high temperature ideal for searing flavour into the food. After supper, the grill can be removed easily for cleaning, and with care, should last for years to come.
