Excellent 1944 dated, possibly unissued, example of a police green wool, with correct Silver wash Police Eagle insignia to the front winter that. The fold down flaps on the front, sides and rear are made from Rabbit fur. The side ear lugs and back panel of the cap are held in the upright position by dual, beige cotton rayon blend tie tapes with an HBT weave that are positioned on the reverse side of the fold down
