On September 1ST 1939 AH once more reinstituted the Iron Cross series of awards in the First and Second Classes and established the Knight’s Cross of the Iron Cross

so the manufacturer is unfortunately unknown

All pads still have the original horsehair stuffing

but it is overall solid ind displays wonderfully

The front closes with five pebbled buttons  along with an Iron cross ribbon stitched to the second button hole
