This is a fantastic research project for someone a German belt which has been captured by a British Soldier and carved with a travel journal, with the buckle being modified with a Union Jack and the soldiers service number, 898798. The buckle is a German pebbled Army buckle with the motto, eagle, and swas worn away, with the soldiers number replacing the motto, and a Union Jack replacing the eagle and swas. The
