A fine tailor made M 1895 M1912 Undress Blouse Jacket named to Dr. L. W. White and dated September 1918. Constructed of blue wool with gilt ribbon and maroon felt cuff bands, 1 1 4 illustrious black mohair edging, full lining with all buttons present, bullion embroidered 1st lieutenant and Navy Medical Corps Collar Device (MC) device insignia on collar. Also included is a pattern M 1895 officer forge cap with
