The recess at the very center of the top does not appear to be a hole

Plus hand drawn green ink vines connecting them, punctuated with stamp cut flowers, and one stamp collaged dragonfly fluttering around among them. Wonderful. 5 1 2" x 3 1 2". Very good condition.
