Mostly pinot noir with a splash of chardonnay macerated together before going through malolactic fermentation in tanks and then aged from 24 36 months. Clean and crisp with the raspberry, gooseberry rose and little pepper on the nose followed by pulpy and crunchy fruit on the palate with a great clay marl minerality bringing a chewy, broad character.
