2024 Illahe Pinot Gris Nebbiolo helm the companyWe recently had the opportunity to meet with the people at Illahe and we fell in love with their wines. Illahe pronounced ill uh HEE is derived from a local Chinook Wawa word that means "earth," "place," or "soil". This Pinot Gris is Alsatian only aromatically, the mouthfeel is lean with lemon zest, Seville orange with white peach, lemon verbena, and wet stone minerality. Our new favorite white for Florida summer vibes!
