Original British Circa 1790 Flintlock Double Brass Barrel Blunderbuss Pistol with Spring Bayonet by Dawes Price_$-050 - $200 Sweden in 1703Original Item: Only One Available. Made by Dawes of London who worked from 1780 to 1800 this is an extremely rare double barrel flintlock blunderbuss style pistol with spring bayonet. Featuring two side by side brass barrels each swamped at the muzzle and bearing British proof marks underneath. A turn switch on the left hand side of the box lock frame determines which barrel is to be discharged. The brass box lock is marked DAWES on the left side
