There are a few unruly bristles but the head of the brush is very full and it is in overall very good condition

which I now find impossible not to hold in mind as I look at this one and which makes this landscape feel anything but naive

A relatively simple gesture, but an iconic one, representing radically different ideologies, and rather poignant feeling one now, including as one imagines how different things might be had
