This is a very nice genuine WWII U. S. Army M4 Carbine bayonet fighting knife, with an original updated M8 scabbard. Nicely marked U. S. M4 UTICA on the blade side of the hand guard for the Utica Cutlery Co. The blade is in good condition, but shows some heavy wear and oxidation from wartime usage. There is heavy wear across the blade with rust spotting. The crossguard, handle, and pommel are all tight to the blade.
