I find total joy in this--one of several pages I am listing all from the same late 19th c

but had never come across one of these before (and can't find an exact match for this one out there now)--providing weights for wire and hemp rope based on diameter and circumference and thus useful for determining breaking loads

They are tin spinning toys, sold by Hochschild, Kohn & Co. Department Store in Baltimore (opened 1897) in its earliest days, c. 1900 I believe, with a flag at the top of the bird toy bearing the store's name and location.
