A blend of Sangiovese, planted on north east facing slopes, with a small amount, around 15%, of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc from south facing vineyards overlooking the island of Elba, soils rich in schist and minerals. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts, 10 days maceration in 30hl concrete vats
