It measures about 10" top to bottom along the round edge and about 13" across (I folded it in half and measured 6 1/2" from nose to edge on each side

which the four small holes on the lid and front of the box indicate it once had

I believe this one dates from the early to mid 20th century

this handblown glass flask likely once had a leather or perhaps wicker cover over its top half
