Gently Wistful Flowers in Vase, 1964 Oil on Board Painting Signed Rosannah 19th century building blocks and I find it justI like the subtly melancholic feeling about this sweet oil on board painting of a vase of flowers, with the taupe ish ground lending some moodiness to what looks to me like an arrangement of chrysanthemums and eucalyptus. Paintings like this make me imagine a whole room devoted to naive paintings of vases of flowers; a very nice thing to fill a room with, and never to wilt! 17 7 8" x 13 7 8" and in good condition. Signed Rosannah and dated '64.
