this maker took a somewhat looser approach

I believe he may once have had a plug nose and definitely attached pieces on the side of his head

Beautiful Old Brass Paperweight with Concentric Circles and Bulb Handle grass close to the Vermont borderA perfect paperweight. Solid brass, great form, great patina, great object, very useful. Feels more early than mid 20th century to me. No maker's mark and I can't find another out there like it. 2 1 2" d x 1 3 16" t and in very nice old vintage antique condition.
