Flying Officer HARRY YARWOOD LEWIS was a Canadian. We know this from his original World War One Royal Flying Corp Side Cap marked with his name, H. Y. LEWIS and from the fact that the small front buttons of the side cap are those of his original Canadian Regiment displaying a Maple Leaf under CANADA. We have found that Harry Yarwood Lewis was born in August 1883, and was commissioned a Flying Officer in RFC Canada 13 Oct
