NV Amaury Beaufort Le Jardinot Brut Nature Women-Owned the Drouhin vineyard sits atAmaury Beaufort grew up in Champagne among the vines and working in the cellar with his father. He farms only one hectare of vines in the Aube in Champagne which he calls Le Jardinot, and does the entirety of the labor by himself. It is important to Amaury that he is fully in control of every part of the process from vineyard to bottle he treats the vineyards like his own garden. The natural world is allowed to intermingle with the vines and the
