This is an extremely scarce German WWII Pioneer Saw in the rarest variation with a tan Presstoff case. Presstoff was a scarce ersatz material used in Germany during World War I and World War II. It was made from specially layered paper pulp, which was then treated with a specific resin that would bind it together in layers. The saw itself is nicely marked Marke Steigo H 1942. The case is marked with acceptance mark
