This is a very nice Army Officer's Dagger, produced by the well known Solingen based firm of F. W. Hller, Waffenfabrik (Weapons Factory), a highly desirable maker of edged weapons. It comes complete with a portepee, scabbard, and an attached belt hanger. Of special note is the gold wash on the fittings of the hanger, which indicate that it is for a General level officer in the German Heer Army. We have only ever
