All of the tan glass buttons are present. The zippers ivory colored plastic and marked "Ri Ri" which were purpose built for this style of smock. Each zipper has a grey leather pull tab. The snaps at the hem are all intact and marked "PRYM". The reverse has the pistol pocket with small green bakelite
