Receive two halves of a cut geode. Approx. size of each half: 3" x 2. 5" x 1. 5" & 3" x 2. 5" x 1. 25" Las Choyas geodes, often referred to as coconut geodes, are mined near Chihuahua, Mexico. Shafts are drilled down 100 to 200 feet below the surface to the geode bearing white clay. Tunnels are then dug horizontally to extract the geodes. Geodes are hollow voids
