and typically depicted as a red robed bearded man

and patience must have gone into creating this fantastic tramp art large trivet or tray

and I should have scrubbed them more thoroughly before taking them

I havent been able to find another bunch like these, and really think they are quite exquisite. I'm honestly not certain how the wrinkled surface on these was achieved, but they are hard, heavy for their size and I am pretty certain marble, and early, with wooden stem and wire holding them together.
