Wonderful face, wonderfully graphic, and clearly an old one, early 20th c. I'd guess, with plenty of wear to both the paint and wood of the wheels, indicating he's been rolled around a lot! 5 1 16" x 5" x 2 3 8" and in good, stable condition, with loss to the top of one horn
