Each Bobby Helmet comes complete with liner, chinstrap, and while it has been issued, is in excellent collectible condition. The helmet silhouette often referred to as a comb top and bears the E. R. II Crown in the center of the blue enameled helmet plate. Now withdrawn from Government sale, for security reasons, these Bobby
