This is a very nice very example of a German WWII Sturmabteilung (Storm Division) Political "Storm Flag" or Banner (Sturmfahne). It measures 47" x 54", and still retains 5 of the 6 metal hanger rings on the header side, which were used to attach it to the pole worn by the Standard Bearer. The top corner is missing the strap and ring, which probably tore off long ago. The flag is double sided, with white canvas
