This is a rare example of a training fighting knife constructed from rubber and marked RANGERS on each side of the inset grip panel. It is very similar in design to the Everitt WWII Knuckle Knife. It is in good condition with damage to one ring and the tip of the blade. Most agree that the fighting knives were produced for use by US troops in the Pacific Theater of operations. The knife has a hilt that about 5 long
