New England. Since finding a very similarly constructed finely beaded needlebook a month or so ago (that one with a white New England house and sentiment "Remember Me" spelled out in tiny seed beads, just the size of these) I have been obsessed; not many of these out there, and it wouldn't surprise me a bit if this was made by the same
