A classic rich Languedoc blend with herbal aromas and hints of spice. Great with a slow cooked lamb shoulder or grilled aubergine. Winemaking is natural, using whole bunches, spontaneous fermentation with natural yeast, but leaves nothing to chance. Bottled unfined, unfiltered and with no added sulphites. Superbly drinkable.
