There are three fine decorative lines around the body of the pitcher, between the top and bottom of the handle. My guess is that it is French or English; I am uncertain of the exact age. An aesthetically stunning object, this piece could be used as a vase or as a watering pitcher for plants. It was purchased from an estate in Waban, Massachusetts,
