This flag measures approximately 86 x 58 and is complete with not only leather reinforced corners but theres a third one in the middle, all still retaining their original brass grommets. We believe that this flag is possibly a Naval used flag due to paint splatter that is very similar in color to the paint used on ships by the Maizuru Naval Arsenal.
