An original German WW1 Fife, as in "Musket, Fife and Drum", reused during World War II and regimentally marked, contained in its matched original high quality leather belt carrier which is dated 1939. The Fife is roughly 15" in overall length, made in a fine quality wood with silvered brass caps on each end. It seems functional but we don't know exactly how to play. Impressed on
