Allium Flowers Ready to Eat Salad and contain almost no fatWe're proud to add Allium mini (yes, they're the onion family of plants) to our range of cut flowers grown at our Ooty farm at 5500 feet. Allium mini make excellent cut flowers for both fresh and dried bouquets. Change the water daily. Keeping the water clean is key to longevity for all Alliums. Vase life ranges from 8 to 10 days.
