This is a great totally inert non firing BATF compliant near mint condition RL 83 Blindicide 83mm Antitank Rocket Launcher which was issued to the Israel Defense Forces in the late 1960s. It has correctly had a bore width hole drilled through the side, and has a welded in cross pin near the center joint, making it 100% legal to own without a license of any kind. As deactivated ordnance it is NOT AVAILABLE FOR EXPORT.
