This is a lovely little British "Box Lock" style Pocket Flintlock pistol, featuring a 2 inch "turn off" . 42" bore barrel, which at this time is unfortunately frozen to the frame. There is no maker marked on the frame, not uncommon for late 18th century pistols, and it has some lovely engraved designs on both sides. It is marked with EX on the right side of the frame, which we have not been able to identify. There
