In 1944 this was altered to six machine guns in three sections with two seven-man heavy machine gun squads per section as follows:

The case is in very good condition but is missing the original wood carry handle

it was involvedin the final thrusts on Moscow and opposed the Russian winter offensive of 1941–42

From a collection that has been in storage for almost 100 years

The rubber is still quite supple though we do not guarantee that the belt is functional and is purely being sold as a novelty display item

This is a very good condition Luftwaffe Flakkorps (Flak Artillery branch) EM NCO Schirmmtze Visor Cap, manufactured in 1939 by Felix Weissbach, a well known maker of wartime headgear. A wonderful honest service used example, the cap has a lovely "Crushed" or "saddle form" shape that is highly desirable, accomplished by removing the crown support stiffener ring. It is fabricated in Luftwaffe Fliegerblau (Flier's Blue)
