I've been looking a long time for an antique shellwork box to really love

duck itself 6 1/2" tall x 6 1/2" across x 7/8" thick

thin forms

but overall looks great for her age and ready to fiercely guard whatever treasures one might store inside

(I had another in the shop missing one sock, reading 'In Haste I am Yours'.) I love the pink cheeks and arched eyebrows on this (cheeky!) one, puffing on a very long pipe with trail of smoke behind presumably straight off the streets of Amsterdam! 3 1 2"
