and maybe even a few shaped like Victorian ladies boots

and occasionally one calls to me—and I try to listen if the price tag is not prohibitive

with a fantastic degree of detail to the portrait and plate on the corner shelf

though they vary

I know that by the 1920s the company had changed its name to  the Medusa Portland Cement Co

Friendship + Remember Me, Pair of Early Punch Paper Embroideries on Ribbon austrian alps and maybe even a fewTwo more 19th c. punch paper embroideries on ribbons, one of them marked "1814," I presume the date of its making, though hard to know for certain. Found together and I think quite apt as a pair, so I offer them up as such. Friendship: 7 5 8 x 1 1 16 overall. Remember Me: 7 1 4 x 1 1 16. Some wear to the pink ribbon of friendship but both embroideries in very good condition.
