The bouquet is wonderfully fresh with notes of yellow apple, star fruit, and quince, as well as distinctly mineral herbal nuances reminiscent of chamomile and fresh meadow herbs. On the palate, it is lean in the best sense, even light footed, without skimping on polish and a mineralically juicy acidity. It still seems a bit unassuming, but will
