Mid-century Hans Brattrud for Hove Mobler "Scandia" Rosewood Dining Chairs c.1950 Consoles Twisted Vine Cane: H 37ABOUT An original set of six stackable, mid century high back, Rosewood dining chairs part of the Scandia series, designed by Hans Brattrud for Hove Mbler, Norway, circa 1957. Bent rosewood slats form the backs and seats of the chairs. The curved backs provide lumbar support creating maximum comfort. The chairs sit on a chrome base that form a hairpin frame of bent metal.
